This cleanse gives you the chance to eat one meal during the day that consists of whole, raw,clean food. Cleanse instructions & tips
3-Day Cleanse Instructions
5am (or upon awakening) – mix the 2oz Hunger Hunter booster shot into 6 – 8 oz of hot water
6am – drink 16oz of water (add lemon or mint if water is hard for you to drink)
7am (or 2 hours later) – drink bottle marked #1
8am – drink 16oz of water
9am – drink bottle marked #2
10am – drink 16oz of water and 1 hot tea bag
11am – drink bottle marked #3
12pm – drink 16oz of water
1pm – drink bottle marked #4
2pm – drink 16oz of water
3pm – drink bottle marked #5 (if on EZ Cleanse, eat a handful of nuts)
4pm – drink 16oz of water and 1 hot tea bag
5pm – drink bottle marked #6 (if on EZ Cleanse, eat a whole food meal, mostly raw veggies, nothing with ingredients, as clean as possible)
6pm – drink 16oz of water
9pm – (or 1 hour before bed) use small sauce pan over low heat to warm up 1 bottle of Almond Milk (the small, white one)
10pm – drink the last hot tea bag
Days 2 & 3 - Repeat
1. Make sure that you drink ALL of the water suggested and use the restroom any time you feel the urge. It’s very important to flush the toxins out of your body. The more you tinkle the better you will feel.
a. If you don’t like water add lemon or mint or both to your water to make it taste better
b. Each juice bottle is 16oz. I like to drink a juice then fill that bottle up with water and drink it all before I move onto the next juice.
c. The water will make you feel full, so drink as much as you can.
2. Take small sips of you juice and “chew” it.
a. Making your juice last longer will make you feel fuller throughout the day.
b. When you chew not only do you release endorphins in your brain that make you feel happier, you also release enzymes in your digestive system (which starts in your mouth) that help break down the juice making it easier to digest.
3. Don’t over exert yourself during your cleanse.
a. Heavy weight lifting or extreme cardio will exhaust you. Try yoga, a light jog or brisk walking.
b. Be sure to move your body. This will help flush out more of those toxins.
4. You may experience flu-like symptoms in the first 24 hours. This is totally normal. That’s all the crud exiting your body. You can help stave some of these off by drinking lots of water, sweating, using the restroom a lot and singing. Ok…singing might not help you physically feel better, but it will help keep your mind off things.
5. Keep a journal of how you are feeling.
a. This will be a helpful tool during this cleanse and through your next cleanse.
